The serviceman came out and tested the furnace and determined the board was bad. He then charge 878.00 to replace the board. I could have went and purchased the board at the supply house because the part had a warranty and did not cost anything. They took advantage of our need to have the furnace repaired and charge twice as much as other heating/ac companies charge to replace a board that takes an hour at the most to switch out. I do not agree with this type of price gouging and it is a shame a company takes advantage of customers. I am going to make sure to tell all of my military friends and family how you took advantage of us

We had a little trouble with your hot water heater and Caleb the technician you sent out to us was very informative and fix the problem. Your very lucky to have such polite and noligable associate working for you. Thanks again for taking care of us! We're glad we went with your company when we replaced our furnace, air conditioner system and hotwater heater before we retired.

The two guys from Hometown Hero’s did a thorough job. They showed me before and after pictures of he ducts and I was impressed. I will definitely do more business with them.
